The high-resolution and rapid measurement function of “Infrascan” has now been used in seed measurement for the first time. With this new application, the small lot series production operation at dEE has received another boost.
“Infrascan” is a light curtain for contact-free detection and measurement of objects. With a measurement speed of up to 10 μs per beam and an exceptionally high resolution of 2.5 mm, Infrascan has a measurement field of up to 768 beams and a measurement range of up to 192 cm.
